Litigation Paralegal

Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. The owner, Ali Awad, has a massive social media following (“CEOlawyer” on Instagram) and is very forward-thinking with his firm. It is fast-paced and certainly a “work hard play hard” environment.

A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is required, although the most qualified candidates will have 5-10 years of Georgia personal injury experience.

We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal who can handle the following duties:

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Drafting complaints and initial discovery
• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process;
• Conducting discovery interviews and drafting discovery responses;
• Calendaring and noticing depositions and Leaves of Absence;
• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses;
• Calendaring litigation timelines
• Conducting status update calls with clients
• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
• Client update calls
• Handling large volume of files
• Assist in trial preparation.

*Salary range from $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 depending on experience.

Office location is 200 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, where you will report for the first day of work/training. Afterwards, the job will be fully remote. You must reside with-in driving distance as you will be required to come into the office for company events and trainings when necessary.
