Peter Brogdon

Pete is a trial lawyer licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. He began his practice at a national trial law firm where he represented injury victims and their families in police
brutality, wrongful death, apartment/nightclub shooting, medical malpractice, slip and fall, truck wreck, and car wreck claims. Pete also spent time representing trucking companies and non-emergency transport companies at a start-up defense firm in Atlanta before litigating high-stakes insurance cases at another Atlanta defense firm. Pete briefly opened his own litigation firm before COVID, after which he went to a national personal injury firm as a trial lawyer. Pete has litigated numerous cases to verdict and has many six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements to date.

Pete was born and raised in Weirton, WV, a small steel town on the banks of the Ohio River. He attended Wheeling Jesuit University on an academic and athletic scholarship. Pete majored in
Political Science and minored in Philosophy while being a member of the men’s basketball team where he was a two-year captain. Pete thoroughly enjoys sports of all kinds, spending time
with his family, and raising his young daughter.
