Ali Awad Law aka “CEO Lawyer” is a personal injury law firm. This job is fully remote. The firm is fast-paced and is certainly a “work hard play hard” environment. We are seeking a personal injury attorney who has a minimum of 2-3 years of personal injury experience. We are looking for Litigation OR Pre-litigation attorneys.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Understanding of current legislation and regulation within personal injury law
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- High levels of empathy and patience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
Pre-Litigation:
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate cases
- Manage a Case Load
- Assist in signing up cases with our intake team
Litigation:
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Tried at least 5 cases as first chair.
- Conducted at least 50 depositions.
- Handled at least 100 cases from start to finish.
- Screening potential clients and investigating claims.
- Gathering evidence
- Documenting injuries and expenses
- Interviewing witnesses
- Reviewing medical documents
- Drafting pleadings and motions
- Representing clients through trial
- Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process
- Protecting clients from insurance companies in the legal system

Competitive salary ranges from $150,000.00 to $250,000.00, depending on experience.
