She is an experienced HR professional with over 6 years of expertise in recruiting, employee relations, and many other HR-related functions.  She has worked in various industries and held several HR roles, working her way up to her current role. She started as a recruiter for Randstad and Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, where she was involved in hiring over 3000 employees during the start-up of the manufacturing plant. Later, she worked as the sole HR professional for Integrated Merchandising Solutions, managing HR operations for two locations and over 100 employees. She then went on to manage HR for more than 40 locations at Ankle and Foot Centers of Georgia.

As a skilled professional with high emotional intelligence and an innate ability to establish trusting relationships, Windi finds it easy to build morale within organizations. By doing so, she has helped improve performance and successfully retained top talent. She is a compassionate leader who strives to improve the happiness and well-being of her staff by supporting them and providing the necessary resources for their success.  She believes that fostering a positive work environment is key to achieving long-term success.

Windi graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids at home or at the baseball field where she loves watching her 11-year-old son play baseball. She also enjoys painting, attending concerts and sporting events, traveling, camping and spending quality time with family and friends.
